Acceptance of Terms
By contracting our Services, you are engaging in these Terms and Conditions. We can modify or fix them at our own will without any prior warning. All the amendments will be posted on the bondcleanersinBrisbane site. This stimulates the customers to visit this page regularly so that they can be updated.
Interpretation
- Customer / You- any individual or organisation who buys the Services of the Company.
- We/ Us/ Company- the company where the service is provided or sanctioned contractors, representing the company.
- Service / Services- any act, or package envisaged by the Customer.
- Contracted cleaner/Cleaners- workers or subcontractors.
- Heavy Soiled- too much dirt, dust or grime than at home.
- Managing Agent- an agent tasked with the management of tenancies.
- Premises- property requiring cleaning.
- Vacate Standards- quality of cleanliness pursuant to the demands of the Managing Agent in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.
- Reasonable Endeavours- best efforts which are applied in the existing prevailing conditions.
General Provisions
The Terms indicate the regulations of all the agreements between the Company and the Customer, and over any other disputes or agreements in conflict.
Conduct and Behaviour
Our employees would have their will to treat us with respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, offensive language, racism or defamatory comments will not occur. We will have the option of cancelling Services without any refund in case this happens, and we will be entitled to take legal action.
Inclusions and Exclusions

Pricing and Quotes
- The costs are reliant on the average size of the estate and the average standards.
- They can also be modified in case of discrepancies between what is described and what is the reality, e.g. more rooms, more blinds, or too dirty.
- There are small houses (less than 2 bedrooms) that come fitted with 1 sliding door panel and 4 windows, with the cost of cleaning included. Big houses (above 2 bedrooms) are made of 2 sliding doors and eight windows.
- There are optional special work, inaccessible places, charges for key retrieval and car parking.
- Shabbily maintained premises might take more time, equipment or materials.
- The change will be reported on how it is going to be started before it begins. Revised pricing should then be accepted, and then the payment then made before proceeding. The refusal to be accommodative of part of the Cleaning assurance can be struck out.
Access to Property
- The customers should make sure that it is available like electricity, running water, and accessibility to all the areas that should be cleaned.
- In case of the refusal of access, a non-access fee is charged (40 an hour, which can never exceed the employment).
- The fees charged for the collection of keys can be 40 per 10km.
- The Cancellation fee or the appointment fee for unreachable sites is 70 dollars.
- Furniture of over 5kg weight before it cannot be moved. This lacks the nullification of the cover in the areas affected.
- Garbage, standard of living and objects of poor quality should be swept. We are not liable for the damage to those things that were not made clear during the cleaning.
- We are being granted the right to make photographs by the Customer in order to have quality reporting.
Postponement
Same-day Rescheduling costs $70. They are also capable of retaining all the booking value as security.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Regular cancellation on booking: $50 administration fee.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the job date: a fee of $100 is charged.
- A fine of 200 will be imposed within a span of less than 24 hours.
- Cancellation due to safety reasons, dangerous weather, or access will also have corresponding charges.
- We can re-book or cancel the booking when the conditions of the property are not as presented, or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Payments
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, it will be required to make full payment before any commencement.
- It will be reserved with sound credit card details. Minimum $50 deposit applies.
- Remittance will have to be put in place through bank transfers. Decision on grant approvals in three business days.
- The balances that should be remitted within a month will attract a 250 and 5 per cent of the value of the invoice per month.
- The Customer will have to bear additional recovery expenses, such as legal expenses.
- The dishonoured or chargeback payments have an administration fee of 25 per cent and interest. In the event of need, recovery agents are contracted.
- In the case of an agency order or government order, an official work order must be responsible for payment.
Claims and Complaints
- Cases of damage or poor results should be written in the next 24 hrs after completion.
- Customers have to permit inspection before the involvement of third parties.
- Liquidity will not be liable for old fixtures that were not maintained or broken.
- The forfeiture of the bond or rent is not compensated as indirect losses. Through email, one can send us complaints.

- We shall identify and put the solutions to use on time and record the quality improvement outcome. In case of any unresolved issues, parties can lodge their complaints with the concerned consumer protection authority.
